1. Niki Williams, a teaching assistant from Houston, Texas, and Igor Dvorskiy from L.A. are the two administrators

2. Singer paid them up to $10,000 per test to allow the cheating to go on

3. They watched as Mark Riddell, a Florida teacher, either sat the test for the kids or changed their answers afterwards

4. In some cases, like Felicity Huffman's daughter, Riddell was the proctor for the exam

5. Williams and Dvorskiy were both charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering

A crucial part of the multi-million dollar college bribery scheme involving stars including Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin was the two college entrance exam administrators who allegedly took bribes to look the other way while someone else sat tests for students or changed their answers after they had left the room.

Niki Williams from Houston, Texas, and Igor Dvorskiy from Los Angeles are the two administrators charged as part of the scheme. They allegedly accepted bribes of between $5,000 and $10,000 at a time to let Mark Riddell either sit an exam in a child's place or alter their answers once they had left the test room to get them a higher score. They were both charged with conspiracy to commit racketeering by a grand jury in Massachusetts.
